The Reset Story

RippleXn began as a SaaS platform built by two brilliant but stretched founders, James and Adrian. Over four years, they developed tech trusted by Warner Bros., PepsiCo, and RightSpend.

But startup life collided with real life—family costs, burnout, and limited scalability from the SaaS model forced a hard choice. They stepped away, returned 99% of their shares, to give the company a fresh start.

This reset unlocked the platform play: from SaaS to AI-API. From slow demos to token-fueled build velocity. RippleXP was born—ready to scale.

Technical Defensibility

Proprietary Processing Pipeline

Our four years of social listening R&D have resulted in a proprietary processing pipeline that can handle multi-platform social media data at scale. This pipeline includes custom-built connectors for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch that maintain reliability even when these platforms change their underlying structures.

First-Mover Advantage

While social listening tools exist, RippleXP is the first to offer a token-based API specifically designed for developers. This first-mover advantage allows us to establish the standard for how developers interact with social media data, creating significant switching costs once integrated into their workflows.

Custom AI Models

We've developed and fine-tuned custom AI models specifically for social media content analysis. These models have been trained on our proprietary dataset of over 4 million social media posts, giving us unique capabilities in sentiment analysis, trend detection, and content categorization that general-purpose AI models cannot match.

Development Timeline

API 1.0 is expected to be ready in 12 weeks, with core functionality complete and documentation finalized. We will be conducting targeted developer outreach in May/June 2025, focusing on early adopters in the social media analytics and content creation spaces.
